The Personal Edit is a Sydney-based practice, formed by Gail Adele. The studio’s approach focuses on enhanced wellbeing and designing spaces that enrich our way of living.
Encompassing interior architecture, design and styling, I believe that the vibrancy of our surroundings is our most easily accessible source of joy.
With a focus on attention to detail and practicality, my work has substance and a sense of permanency.
The studio’s name is a tribute to the ability that I have for translating my client’s personality into their home and I pride myself on making the design process an enjoyable process for everyone involved.

PHILOSOPHY
I believe that the magic of exceptional spaces lies in the perfect interplay of texture, light, size, colour and shape. When brought together in a considered way, they create a special experience that embodies soul.
I believe that our spaces affect our emotions and my design philosophy blends timelessness and quality with a hint of the unconventional. I like to infuse spaces with character, harmonising the old with the new while staying attuned to the present.
